HHS attempts to protect the privacy of those who access the HHS website. HHS may collect contact and identification information from visitors to the HHS website, such as their name; company affiliation; title; telephone number(s); email, URL, and regular mailing addresses; credentials; licenses held and year of licensure; professional practice areas; and certain demographic information. HHS may use this information to process membership applications and renewals, to provide member services, and to contact website visitors.
