The Legacy Luncheon
Each spring, the Helping Hands Society and NAIFA-Greater Washington, D.C. hold the Annual Legacy Luncheon to honor our charity partners and celebrate the accomplishments of our distinguished leaders. This signature event recognizes the most accomplished financial services professionals with our prestigious Legacy Award.
The Annual Golf Tournament
The annual golf tournament brings together golf enthusiasts and community supporters for a day of fun, networking, and fundraising. Proceeds from the tournament directly support our charitable initiatives, helping us make a lasting impact in the lives of those we serve.
Remembering Jay A. Bell
A Legacy of Leadership and Service
The Helping Hands Society's annual golf tournament is named in honor of our late friend and leader, Jay A. Bell. As president of both the DC Association of Insurance & Financial Advisors and the Greater Washington Foundation of Insurance and Financial Advisors (GWFIFA), Jay's dedication to community service and his constant reminder to take the Society "to the next level" continue to inspire our efforts.
Silent Auction
Donate Gifts, Win Big Prizes, Make a Difference
During our annual golf tournament, we hold a silent auction to raise additional funds for charity organizations in the DC, Maryland, and Virginia areas. We rely on the generosity of our members and supporters to make this auction a success.
Please consider donating an item to the silent auction. Items can be contributed by you, your employer, family, or friends. Donations can be brought to the tournament and mailed to NAIFA headquarters, or we can arrange for pickup.
